Praised be Jesus Christ!

” Do not be conquered by evil, but conquer evil with good.” (Romans 12:21) We, as Christians, are called to treat the wounds of evil and to some extent become a medicine for those who are offended, proclaim the love of the One who loved us to the end, Christ the Lord.

This week we visited the village of Zavody in the Izyum district of Kharkiv region, where most of the houses were destroyed by the war. People are returning to the village, carefully planting small areas that were cleared from mines. They live without light and amenities, and still they want to live at home. They planted potatoes, bought chicken and are engaged in beekeeping. We took the responsibility to restore 5 houses, roofs, windows, doors, so that they are slowly rolled up, after the horrors that were survived. On one of the streets, we met an elderly couple, who were under rubble in their own basement for a week, heavily injured. It was painful to listen to what they have experienced, but we believe that good and time heal… If you can, support us in the restoration of homes of these people, and we will pass your help.

This week we gave 1151 product sets, 10 645 kg of humanitarian aid. Today, on Saturday, all employees of our Center, Catholic School, Volunteers, cafe San Angelo, displaced moms and their children who live in the shelter have undergone a medical examination. We thank the doctors from Kiev that they took time on their day off to us, for your care. Thanks to Mr. Oleh Ovechko, Director of the International Charitable Fund for Promotion of Medicine, and to Multiple Social Enterprise LLC for many years of fruitful cooperation. For the civilians in need and affected by the war in the deoccupated areas, the Foundation is conducting medical examinations. We have also joint this humanitarian mission and transferred 5440 units of paramedic agents and medical instruments. In particular, 4,000 syringes produced by German Company B. Braun, presented by our friend and benefactor, director of the company Neon, Mr. Zygmund Skolozhinsky.

We invite all our friends to see our previous photo report from the day of protection of children, which was yesterday. An incredible miracle for us was that children asked 2 hours of peaceful sky without rocket threats, warm, sunny weather. As soon as we finished, a summer rainstorm came, but the children managed to get to the homes happy and smiling. We were comforted that the main prizes were won by children from large families of Fastiv district, as well as a boy from Kherson. Today, a volunteer, Mr. Ireneusz Gajlun, left early to deliver humanitarian aid to the east to Siversk. Thanks for the support to the Dominican pastoral with Paleolit in Poznan, thanks to everyone who supports us with good words, prayers and sacrifices, without your support we are powerless. We have celebrated the day of protection of children in Borodyanka. If someone of you has new toys, or other pleasant surprises for children, help our children, please!
