Christ rose from the dead!

We visited the villages around Borodianka, meeting people who, after the dark days of the Russian occupation, want to restore their homes, plant plots of land, and start a normal life again (this is extremely heroic in itself!). This attitude of people gives rise to hope that ultimately life wins over death, not the other way around! A lady’s house in Andrijiwka was destroyed by three Russian tanks stationed in her yard. Russian soldiers lived in her house for over a month and ate everything there was to eat. She complained very much that there was nothing left, especially that there were no chickens. But this Saturday, while we were at her place, I saw that the little chickens had turned up. Life persists! It is worth noting that today the first batch of roofing materials for Fasova, Andriyivka and Dmytrivka has arrived.

Thank you for visiting to the Provincial of the Kinghts of St. John Paul II – Mr. Włodzimierz Korczyński! We would like to thank the wife of the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland, Monika Kapa-Cichocka, for organizing and delivering insulin for the Fastiv district hospital. We thank our Friends “Soup na Mąciaku”, who brought such important building inventory, as well as 200 blankets, 108 large pots for Borodianka along with many other things that will be needed in the coming days. We would like to thank Mr. Zygmunt Skołożyński and the company “Neon-Efekt” for the truck that was given to us – now it is needed like never before! We would also like to thank our dear “Charytatywni Freta” who came to us by two trucks themselves, especially Mrs. Marzena and Mr. Paweł. We thank our Friends from Lublin – the organization “Together with Ukraine”, the monastic “Communities of Jerusalem” from Warsaw for caring for us! May Almighty God bless you all!
