Since the beginning of the war, our friends from Bachmut, Pokrowska, have been staying at the St. Martin’s Center. They were forced to leave their homes to save their lives. They are mothers who raise children at younger and school age. One of the boys named Zhenya and his mother came to Mass on Sunday. and asked for prayer – two of the boy’s classmates were seriously injured, one’s father was killed. We are now praying for these children and will try to take them to a safe place. The second family has a seriously injured sister. We understand that the stay of these families with us saved their lives.
We wrote many times and asked for help for roofing for houses damaged by bombing. In the places we visit with help every day, there are hundreds of such houses that require repair. Today we took the materials to cover a residential building for 24 families in the city of Makariv. There are many other people in need in the queue, so please help so that we can make it before the fall. Thank you very much for the support of the Eagle Guard Foundation, these days we distributed 1,200 parcels (7 tons), part of the aid went to the Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts and the Borodian region.
I thank the volunteers who come every day to help. Thank you all for your support and remembrance. Your help, each sacrifice is important and priceless. Together to victory!
