Praised be Jesus Christ!

All these months of war taught us to seek support from others: to make friends, to call back, often without postponing “for tomorrow”, as well as to share pain and joy and invite cooperation. Our volunteers daily serve people whom they will never meet again, but they still lend a hand, smile and help. More than 500 parcels were sent this week to families affected by the war in all corners of Ukraine, where they had to move, leaving their own homes. Aid also went to Chernihiv Oblast and Odesa, where forcibly displaced persons from Kherson Oblast live. This week, we distributed 2,357 basic food kits, as well as baby and adult diapers and baby food totaling 445 kg – a total of 20,134 kg of humanitarian aid was distributed. The humanitarian campaign continues to collect donations and small household appliances (refrigerators, kettles, microwave ovens, washing machines, tables, chairs, building materials) for the villages that were affected by flooding due to the explosion of the Kakhovka dam in the Kherson region.

Thank you for your help to everyone who befriends and helps us.

With prayers

Fr. Mykhailo Romaniv OP
