Praised be Jesus Christ!

Thank God for this week! Although we experience also difficult situations, they can bring us closer to each other, because of them we become stronger. In some moments of confusion, we lose perspective, but we repeat with St. Paul: “I can do all things in Him who strengthens me” Phil 4:13.

There are also friends who are there in difficult moments. We thank to Mr. Ireneus Gayun for the humanitarian aid he brought this week. We thank Father Leszek Kryża and Fr. Luca Bovia, who visited our kitchen in Kherson and supported us. This week, the social kitchen in Kherson served 3,813 meals. We also distributed 1,047 targeted aid food kits, a total of 9,900 kg of humanitarian aid.

Our friends and partners of the NGO Dovira organized children’s holidays, visited the Nadiya Regional Children’s Home in Pryluky and handed over the humanitarian aid we prepared for those in need.

We constantly support the Armed Forces, as well as the soldiers’ families. This week, we also sent humanitarian aid to all corners of Ukraine where forcibly displaced persons and families live in difficult circumstances.

We would like to thank everyone who joins in helping the victims in the Kherson region, whose houses were flooded due to the explosion of the Kakhovka dam, and we continue the collection of used equipment. We collect funds for refrigerators, washing machines, irons, microwave ovens, slow cookers. Today, remembering St. Martha, who served Jesus Christ, we thank the volunteers who serve with us, as well as all the good people who are there in spite of everything.
