Dear friends!

The situation has remained quite tense in recent days. But despite everything, we try to serve everyone who needs our help. First of all, we direct our help to towns located within a radius of 40 km from Fastiv in the vicinity of Makarów and Byszewo. I met with the inhabitants of one of the villages who came to us to collect food for the starving villagers. Soon these people were attacked by Russian artillery, which brutally shelled houses, a school and an Orthodox church in the middle of the village. Unfortunately, there are many similar situations, and even worse ones, that are happening in this area … Also these days we have distributed over a thousand food packages here in Fastiv.

We would like to thank the director of Catitas-Spes-Lwów, Father Wiesław Dorosz for help and support, as well as our Friends from Holland, the Dominican parish in Zwolle for special financial help, Frans van der Heijdt.

We would like to thank Ms Tetiani Zangri from the United States (Wisconsin) for organizing the purchase of drugs, for which we are impatiently waiting, because the supply at our pharmacy store is already running out (over 300 residents of Fastiv received the necessary drugs for the last week). We would also like to thank the chain of stores Reserved!

Dear Friends who pray and remember us! Your help is for us as an embrace of the Merciful Father! The Gospel of yesterday gives us hope that necessary medicine for souls wounded by hatred, evil, cruelty is God’s mercy and grace that surpasses our weakness and fear. God always expects everyone, ready to meet, forgive the contrite, support the fallen …
