Christ is risen!

A few days ago I received sad news that a humanitarian aid point in the village of Rodynske, not far from Pokrovsk, was destroyed. The point itself burned to the ground, but also the houses around it were completely destroyed to the foundation, there are dead and many wounded.

We were in Rodynske a few weeks ago. People came to receive humanitarian aid, to have at least some support, because there has been no electricity for 9 months, water needs to be brought in, and it is very difficult for people to live there. Especially for those people who are constantly fleeing the war.

I’ve met people who fled from Bakhmut to Avdiivka. Later, from Avdiivka, they fled to Pokrovsk, and later from Pokrovsk to Rodynske, and the situation is very difficult. And it is also difficult to imagine how those ordinary people live in such conditions.

Our kitchen in front-line Kherson distributed 14,109 meals in May. We baked about eight thousand loaves of bread. This is what we can share, we can help not only the people of Kherson, but also people from the surrounding villages. We thank you for your support, the Union of Polish Entrepreneurs in Ukraine, with the Council Chairman Mr. Dariusz Górczyński, who visited us this week and gave us humanitarian aid.

We also thank Father Vitaliy Marcyniuk and Caritas Fastiv for the fact that we received from you a fresh delicious salad for our kitchen, but we will also use it in burgers for Children’s Day. Thank you to the Kozak enterprise for financial support of the social kitchen in Fastiv. In May, 5110 Fastiv residents tasted delicious warm lunches and received and strengthened their spiritual and life resources.

Thank you to all our friends who stay with us, who help and support us. Thank you to all our volunteers and ministers. This week is also the end of the school year. Our Catholic School of St. Martin de Porres also finished its year. Thank you to Mrs. Katerynka Chvalova, our licensing director, and all teachers and educators. Thank you for the trust of all parents and children. To all our friends who supported our school during this year, in particular Charytatywni Freta for educational scholarships.
