Praised be Jesus Christ!

On Friday, Kherson was liberated, and on Monday, 200 food kits were already there. We thank our friends and partners, in particular Serhiy Tarasenko and Ihor Chorny. We are already preparing to leave for liberated Kherson these days with a larger group of volunteers and cargo.

During these days, we delivered rehabilitation equipment carts, ordinary and combined walkers, crutches to the medical institutions of the Kyiv Region, in Borodyanka, Andriivka, Nalivaykivka, to restore the motor activity of patients and the elderly.

Many thanks to Mr. Pawel Stępień, the head of the Fund for Aid to the Victims of the War of Ukraine, for his humanitarian assistance.

Today, our volunteers went to Odesa and took food and basic necessities: warm blankets, baby food and diapers to those forcibly displaced from the South.

Many of our friends are trying to call us, but they do not have electricity and, accordingly, the mobile connection is also very slow, especially after yesterday’s massive missile strike across Ukraine.

Thank you to the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland for the humanitarian aid – 60 tons of products for various purposes – this will give us the opportunity to help those in need on a wider scale, special thanks for the constant assistance of Mrs. Ewa Matuszek-Zagata. We would like to thank Mr. Zygmunt Skołożyński and the Neon Effect company for giving us a second car for our humanitarian missions, and to Freta Charitable and the Charitable Foundation for the collected cargo, and to Mr. Pawel for transporting it from Warsaw.

Our Dominican brothers in Warsaw organize a Memorial Jazz Concert every year in Warsaw, and all the income from the cultural event this year is allocated to the activities of St. Martin’s House. We thank our volunteers for their self-sacrificing work and support.

I ask for your support and memory in prayer.

Father Mykhailo OP
