Praised be Jesus Christ!

On Monday, we celebrated the anniversary of the liberation of Kherson. For us, this date has a special, very personal meaning. From the first days of the full-scale war, we were friends with the people of Kherson and had one unbreakable promise: as soon as Kherson is liberated, we will come immediately. And we arrived a week after the liberation of the city. When I look at Kherson today, three years after that first visit, I realize how familiar it has become. And I want to celebrate again and again the heroism, endurance and strength of the residents who stay and hold on. During these three years, the path from the feeling of freedom and belief in a quick victory to the current reality turned out to be very difficult. The war continues. And, unfortunately, in the last nine months, and maybe even a year, the danger has only increased – the city constantly suffers from drones and shelling.

Despite everything, we continue to serve:

— we prepare hot food in our kitchen,

– we bake bread,

– the canteen is open,

— we help people in villages,

— we support our defenders and emergency services of the city,

— we take care of the weakest and lonely.

Now Kherson needs protection and companionship more than ever.

This week, thanks to your support, we were able to:

— deliver household chemicals to city residents;

— provide military personnel with chemical heaters;

— to provide daily food, water and bread for villages that need it;

— to support our defenders in the eastern direction;

— to help friends from Bila Tserkva, who moved to positions in the Donetsk region.

We sincerely thank everyone who supports us, our kitchen, our team and volunteers on the site. Your goodness saves and is tangible every day.
