Praised be Jesus Christ.

Fr. Alan, Associate General of the Dominican Order for the Affairs of Europe and Canada, came to us this week. Father Alan is visiting Ukraine for the second time since the beginning of the full-scale war. He is worried about Ukraine, cheers for its fate; he wrote letters to us and finally personally came to visit our community, also met with volunteers of the Center and visited the places of our missions and services.

The Alpha course for our volunteers began on Thursday. Yesterday in the theater hall, where a stage was set up among the packages, parcels and packaging materials prepared for distribution, a literary evening for volunteers called “War and We” was held. Thanks to Mrs. Lyubov Burak for a literary evening and we invite you again.

During these days, we distributed humanitarian aid to the affected and needy families of Kharkiv region and Chernihiv region, which totaled 613 food packages (3455 kg).

On Wednesday, we were able to purchase and donate a washing machine for the social laundry in the village Nalyvaikivka, Buchansky district. We are glad that 65 families will be able to provide for their basic needs.

Thanks to the support of the Eagle Watch Foundation, we can help the affected residents of Borodyan Oblast to restore destroyed homes.

Next week, we are planning a humanitarian mission to the de-occupied areas of Kharkiv region, we need your support to refuel 4 trucks – necessary funds are 50,000 UAH. We will be grateful for your support and solidarity!
