Praised be Jesus Christ!

Our service has its own specific history and it is closely connected with our Parish of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Fastiv – this is the place of our strength and special guidance from God. Today is our Temple Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. We commemorate the day on which the most precious relic of the Holy Cross was found. We honor Christ Crucified and lay before Him all our pains and sufferings, especially in this difficult time of war. After the Cross there must be resurrection, there must be victory over death, there must be an end to suffering.

Our volunteers, like Ireneusz Gajlun, with a humanitarian mission visited Odesa, where live forcibly resettled people from the south of Ukraine, in particular from the Kherson region.

This week, our laundry in Kherson is fully operational, thanks to our volunteers who help. This week, Mr. Ireneusz brought a rehabilitation tub, thanks to Mr. Ryszard Skotniczy and the Order of Malta for their help. This week we answered many requests from the military.

Thank you Charytatywni Freta Fundacja Charytatywni for your partnership and the charitable aid that Mr. Pavlo Bandazhevsky delivered to Fastiv this week. Thank you for your perseverance and support of Ukraine.

Our joint project with the “Wings of Victory” charitable foundation, medical transfer and rehabilitation of veterans on the way to recovery, continues. This summer, the medical transfer service was provided to 817 military personnel – 433 people needed a medical transfer, 90 psychological and legal counseling, 115 people underwent a course of physical therapy, 68 people visited the swimming pool, 101 veterans received hippotherapy services. We thank the director of the Foundation Ms. Viktoriia Kramarenko for the professional case management of the project and effective support of veterans on the way to recovery.
